Department: New Product DevelopmentAbout the Role:
Are you passionate about assembling and testing new underground hard rock heavy mobile equipment prototypes? Do you have extensive experience with mining industry-specific equipment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As a New Product Development Mechanic, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and validating new equipment prototypes and first-off units. You will verify parts against designs, set clearances, perform pre-assembly tasks, and provide feedback on design changes for better manufacturability and serviceability. Additionally, you will support prototype setup, trials, and testing to ensure quality and functionality, while maintaining a safe work environment and complying with safety policies.Key Job Responsibilities
