August 25, 2025NURSE PRACTITIONERStudent ServicesGrenfell Campus(Contractual Position to April 22, 2026; Part-time)The University will consider applications from qualified permanent staff who may be interested in a secondment, subject to departmental approvalGrenfell Campus is seeking the services of a Nurse Practitioner for the 2025-2026 academic year.DUTIESGrenfell Campus’ Health Services offers a variety of health care services to help students live well, feel good, and achieve their goals. In addition, the campus’s Health Services partners with local organizations to provide various health promotion activities throughout the semester. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for helping students take care of their physical and mental health so that they are able to have the best University experience. The work schedule will consist of eight (8) hours bi-weekly, with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. This position requires flexibility with scheduling, up to a maximum of 8 hours bi-weekly.QUALIFICATIONSCurrent registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador and a valid Nurse Practitioner License are required. Experience working independently with minimal supervision is essential. The incumbent must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.SALARY $60 per hour (Non- Bargaining)CLOSING DATE September 9, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. NSTAll qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, preference will be given to applicants who are legally entitled to work in Canada.
