About The Team:
The activations team sets all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience.About The Role:
We are looking for an Activations Specialist. As an Activations Specialist you will be tasked with merchant engagement, account activations, and merchant education through orientations. We operate in the onboarding stage of a merchant’s life cycle. Success is defined by a number of activations or merchant orientations per week per specialist and the number of outbound calls or internal troubleshooting cases processed per week.You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

• Work with businesses to assist them through the onboarding process and set them up for success on the platform
• Help restaurants turn their menu into a tool for attracting and engaging with customers in their area
• Communicate with merchants by phone or email to monitor and support progress.
• Deliver health checks that highlight key wins and areas of opportunity

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have 1 – 2 years of experience in customer support, hospitality or in related field
• Previous industry experience
• Requires a high school diploma; College diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Qualifications include Salesforce (or other CRM software), Microsoft suite and G Suite
• You have experience in an account management or customer service role–you love helping people
• Multilingual candidates are preferred but not required; French or Mandarin Chinese

Description:
Performs administrative tasks to support the operations group.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within customer support.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under im,te supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to the Operations Supervisor.
