Location: Montreal, Full-Time In-Office The Opportunity: We’re looking for someone who can bridge operations, data, and automation — someone analytical and resourceful who can help streamline processes, improve reporting, and support smarter decisions across the investment team. Key Key Responsibilities: Automation / AI Build tools and automations to track access, perform quarterly audits, and keep user data clean across SaaS platforms (Asana, Slack, Emaki, PI, etc.). Find automation opportunities across departments (especially administrative) and implement them. Learn and apply scraping techniques using Python or tools like ScreamingFrog and Octoparse. Reporting Develop advanced Looker Studio & Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility for the investment and operations teams. Analyze and improve the SentinelPro reporting platform, identify gaps, and coordinate implementation with the SentinelPro Dev team. Operations Assistance Monitor Google algorithm and Discover App updates and communicate actionable insights. Contribute to media buying optimization (Google, Facebook, Bing Ads) using data-driven insights and custom-built tools or reports. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in Looker Studio, Power BI, or other BI/reporting tools. Basic understanding of Python or willingness to learn for automation/scraping. Familiarity with social media, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital performance metrics. Comfortable working with APIs, spreadsheets, and databases. Solid understanding of business workflows and process optimization. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
