The main function of a data entry specialist is to Finalize and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to FINTRAC. A typical data entry specialist is responsible for accurate information documentation.

  • Finalize and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to FINTRAC
  • Ensuring each STR passes FINTRAC validation.
  • Queue based.
  • Processes, Procedures and Quality must be adhered to

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:

  • Banking experience – min of 1 full year
  • Eager and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Managing their own queue
  • Strong quality of work, strong attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE:

  • AML experience
