Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.Contract Dates: 4 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Job Responsibilities:

• When a deal is presented to them, ensure all steps have been taken
• Activate the file through the systems
• Process payments
• Reach out to solicitor or branch partner for confirmation
• Review documents that come in for accuracy

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer service/ relationship mgmt skills
• Strong communication skills
• Meeting SLA
• Data entry

• Attention to detail is crucial
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
