• Prospect & Connect with Potential Clients – Identify and engage with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
• Educate & Advise – Present and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Customize Insurance Plans – Tailor solutions to match each client’s financial goals and protection needs.
• Close Sales & Build Long-Term Relationships – Guide clients through the purchasing process, ensuring they feel confident in their choices.
• Provide Ongoing Support & Customer Service – Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any future needs.
• Work Independently & Collaboratively – Manage your own schedule while benefiting from team support, mentorship, and professional development

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or High school Diploma equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
