- Help teams Upskill and adopt DevOps Best Practices
- Help the development team onboard to the Golden CI/CD Template
- Collaborate with the program team to enhance & Customize the Golden Pipeline based on the team’s requirements
- Provide DevOps Delivery coaching to teams on all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle Framework, with a strong focus on TDD, BDD shifting left security compliance, and removing Technical Debt.
- Provide team and Product Ownership/scrum masters coaching around Product centricity and DevOps / Agile fundamental practices
- Observe the team to understand and remove impediments keeping the team from operating effectively as a DevOps / Agile team
- Work closely with the team and Identify opportunities for automation
- Create training materials relative to specific DevOps training needs
- Participate in enterprise DevOps transformation team efforts
Qualifications
- DevOps Consultant/Management
- Agile Coaching
- Extensive CI/CD Pipeline creation
- DevOps Engineering
- Application Development
- Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- 5+ years of experience working within a DevOps environment with expertise in infrastructure-as-code and an understanding of software/application development
- 5+ years of expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCE, OpenStack, VMWare, etc.) and Linux/Windows operating systems
- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef Provisioning)
- Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and/or leading a team and able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Deep understanding of the DevOps philosophy and Agile methods
- Automating traditional processes with scripting or configuration management
- Ability to diagnose technical problems, debug code, and coach on how to automate routine tasks
- Experience of the full software delivery lifecycle and deep Knowledge of Software Engineering work, DevOps, TDD, CI/CD, …
- An analytic spirit who sees a product/system as a series of small deliverables and has the ability to transfer this vision through workshops (story mapping, customer journey, etc.)
- Strong experience in leading large projects, transformation efforts, process improvements, product implementations, systems development, and integration efforts
- An individual who can adapt to uncertainty and change with elegance.
- Bilingual French and English (written and verbal) is an asset.
