Weekly Pay +4% vacation
Day shift – Weekends off

Brand new facilityResponsibilities
Operate and monitor automated packaging machines in accordance with production schedules.
Inspect packaged products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Ability to resolve basic mechanical issues during the packaging process.
Perform regular machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
Document production data, machine settings, and downtime accurately.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in warehouse duties as needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and communicating opportunities.

Reports to SupervisorQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous packaging machine operator experience
Mechanical aptitude basic, troubleshooting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Summary
