Paralegal
The Role
The Paralegal’s principal role is to provide legal support services in the context of litigious files for both insurer and non-insurer clients in collaboration with the other Paralegal in the office. The incumbent will participate in the management of these files by assisting lawyers and/or partners in the legal review and analysis of documents, by preparing Affidavits of Records, file chronologies, and by overseeing the physical and electronic document management of the files.
This is an exempt position which is part of the fee earner job family. The annual billable target is 1400 hours.
