The Part-Time Academic will be responsible for teaching the lecture section of Data Analysis (STAT 4620.03/5620.03) in the upcoming winter term (contract dates January 1 to April 30).The topics to be covered in the course are available from the Department Chair. Course descriptions are provided in the Undergraduate & Graduate Calendars published online ( https://academiccalendar.dal.ca ) by the Registrar’s Office, Dalhousie University.Please see the academic timetable ( www.dal.ca/timetable ) for the days, times & location(s) of this course.
Qualifications/Requirements of PositionA PhD in Statistics and demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter are required. Previous teaching experience is an asset. Please provide teaching evaluations if available.
Salary Range/Pay Rate Per CUPE Collective Agreement – Local 3912
