ActiveCo Technology Management, a New Charter Technologies Company, is seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to deliver responsive, customer-focused technical support in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The technician will assist with Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware setup, and network issue resolution. This part-time, 6-month contract role (with potential for extension or full-time hire) requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others solve technology challenges. Candidates with experience in helpdesk operations, AV support, and system configuration will excel in this dynamic, client-facing position.
The successful candidate will work onsite at a client’s office in Burnaby and occasionally from our Port Coquitlam head office, depending on operational needs.
