We are a working family of 3, my husband works at Carlsberg as a brewing lead and I am an administrative coordinator at Laurier! We have a 15mo girl who is a happy little baby that loves to explore, is very adventurous and brave, loves the outside, and has a very strong personality and will. She’s a pretty good walker but still likes to be picked up and the stroller is hit or miss. We practice attachment parenting, and value responsiveness and gentleness (not permissiveness, just being gentle while holding firm). Our girl is still little and not used to being with other people so we’d need quite a bit of leeway in terms of transitioning to solo care without her father, grandmother or myself (her mother) around.
