  • Managing a portfolio of partners, development, and growth
  • Developing and executing partner-specific sales strategies and plans
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive revenue growth
  • Coordinating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to support partner sales initiatives
  • Tracking and analyzing partner sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing strategies accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a sales pipeline and close new corporate accounts through proactive outreach to prospective clients utilizing a combination of email campaigns, networking, and market research.
  • Communicate value proposition to clients that speak intimately to their needs and requirements.
  • Cultivate and build strong business relationships with key corporate decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Travel Managers, Global Mobility, Office Managers).
  • Networking in local associations, organizations for Corporate Housing, and Business Travel.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partners
  • Identify new clients, sales opportunities and close deals
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics
  • Monitor competitors

Requirements

  • Experience in an outbound sales role
  • Excellent negotiation skills and acount management
  • Persuasive communicator
  • Ability to create relationships with corporate decision-makers
  • Exceptional prioritization and organization skills and the ability to multi-task competing priorities.
  • Advanced English level
