This role is ideal for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting, client interaction, and seeing the direct impact of their effort on their income.

What You’ll Do

As a Direct Hire Recruiter, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

Recruiting active and passive candidates
Conducting interviews and administering skill testing
Following our ISO-certified qualification process
Completing professional reference checks
Preparing polished candidate presentations
Advertising and marketing open positions
Maintaining accurate records in the ATS
Growing and servicing client accounts
Building long-term client relationships
Leading meetings in person and virtually
Negotiating pricing and managing expectations

Performance Expectations

Accountable to a monthly revenue target
Success measured by quality placements, client satisfaction, and consistency
Commission is paid monthly, so results are rewarded quickly

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $52,000 – $65,000
Uncapped commission
