Personal Support Worker (PSW)
Location: Northern Ontario
Rate: $30/hourOur client is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join their healthcare team in Northern Ontario. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a rural healthcare setting, with travel expenses and private accommodations fully covered.About the RoleThe PSW will provide essential support to patients, ensuring high-quality care and assisting with daily living activities. Working closely with nursing staff, the PSW will contribute to a compassionate and safe healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
• Support nursing staff with basic healthcare tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.

Requirements

• PSW Certificate (from an accredited Ontario College)
• 2+ years experience in LTC or hospital setting

Expected salary

$30 per hour
