Responsibilities:– Managing files from open to close;– Drafting pleadings, summaries, motions, settlements, mediations and pretrial memos;– Scheduling examinations for discovery, mediations and court appointments;– Preparing AOD, documents production sets and undertakings;– Maintaining accurate calendars; and– Trial and Hearing reparation.Requirements:– 5 years Law Clerk experience with Tort/Personal Injury;– Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized institution; and– Excellent time management and organization skills.
