We have the role for you!Randstad Guelph is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Picker and Packer. This role involves performing order picking and packaging duties for lightweight products, using an RF scanner to located the products, and working independently and with a team to complete orders in a timely manner. – Accurately locate and pick items from inventory based on order specifications and ensure correct quantities
– Carefully pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure and protected for shipment
– Use a scanner to track inventory levels and update order statuses
– Perform quality control duties
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace
– Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets and address any challenges that ariseQualifications
– Able to walk/pushcart for 8 hours
– Own transportation (not on bus route)
– Able to lift up to 50 lbs
– Able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Able to use scanner/headset
