Our client is looking for a Plant Operator who’s got a knack for keeping things running smoothly, loves working with equipment, and wants to be part of an awesome food production team! You’ll play a key role in keeping our plant humming along—making sure everything is safe, efficient, and up to the high standards our customers expect!What’s in it for You?

Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $25-$30/hr.
• 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

• flexibility to work varying shifts is required as the company evolves and transitioning to rotational work to meet production needs

Position Summary:

• Keep the Plant Running: Operate boilers, refrigeration units, and other equipment like a pro, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly: Spot an issue? You’ll jump in, troubleshoot, and get things back on track before anyone even notices.
• Stay Safe and Sanitary: Follow all safety and sanitation protocols like a champ, because you know that a safe plant is a successful plant.
• Document Your Day: Log what’s happening with the equipment and production, so we’re always up to date and improving.

Required Qualifications:

• Certified 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer
• You’re a hands-on person who loves working with machinery, and you’re always looking for ways to make things run better.
• You can handle the heat (literally!) and thrive when things get busy.
• You can stand for long periods and lifting 50 lbs. is no problem for you.
