Key priorities include leading the next phase of strategic planning, strengthening community and industry partnerships, advancing equity, diversity and inclusion, and reinforcing Canadore’s role as a key economic and cultural driver in North Bay and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to build on Canadore’s strong legacy of innovation and student-centred education while preparing the College to meet the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary and collaborative leader with a proven record of senior leadership in a complex academic or organizational setting. The next President will be an agile, strategic thinker, adept at navigating change, and committed to advancing diversity, equity, and reconciliation. Most importantly, they will embrace the opportunity to live and lead in North Bay, championing Canadore as a leading college of choice for students.
