about this team

The Digital Product Management team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for Geography & Channel, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations.

core responsibilities

• Identify and define features/opportunities that improve cart, checkout, payments, and promotional experiences, such as bag optimization, checkout flows, payment options, and promotions management and presentation, globally.
• Assess the guest (customer) and business impact of cart and checkout features, including conversion, revenue, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in sizing sessions to estimate the effort required for features like checkout enhancements, payment integrations, or promotional logic for small to midsize projects.
• Use guest feedback and data-driven insights to determine the order of implementation for features that will enhance the checkout and payment experience, and identify opportunities to improve conversion or unlock incremental revenue.
• Draft detailed requirements for cart, checkout, payments, and promotions features, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. Work independently with minimal support to define requirements for projects aimed at improving guest experience and business outcomes.
• Contribute to the prioritization and sequencing of checkout and payments features.
• Understand the hierarchy of work and work products and can define Epics & User Stories.
• Define metrics for their work output within a defined measurement framework and can map these to KPIs / OKRs.
• Assess performance of work output and identify the need to adjust plans and replan work for small to midsize products or projects.
• Inputs into & documents cross-functional communications materials.
• Develop and input into the product roadmap for cart, checkout, payments, and promotions initiatives.
• Lead agile ceremonies & meetings.

qualifications

• 3-5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing commerce experiences, including cart, checkout, payments, or promotions. Up to 3 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience
• Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience with digital technologies and commerce transaction flows (cart, checkout, payments, promotions)
• Preference for candidates who have experience working on products with end users outside North America, on an Agile Scrum team
• Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations.
• Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments, globally.
• Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback
• Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment
• Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
• Experience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and in-direct reporting relationships

compensation and benefits package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800-$138,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
