As a Product Manager, your role involves designing, implementing, and managing a high-performing range of omnichannel products that meet the needs of employees, members, and clients. You are responsible for the vision, development, evolution, deployment, and promotion of the products offered, in alignment with the distribution networks of various business sectors and in line with market trends and the desired positioning of the organization.You take on a leadership and influence role with specialists and various stakeholders in the context of cross-functional and highly innovative development projects related to the product range.You make recommendations regarding the development and execution of strategic projects with a high level of operational and conceptual complexity. You contribute to developing and recommending business orientations and positioning related to the products under your responsibility.The execution of your mandates requires a global and in-depth understanding of the business domain and organization, as well as knowledge of member and client relationship management processes (business development, service delivery, marketing such as solicitations, campaign management), and the technological solutions that support these processes (Customer Relationship Management – CRM).This is a 6-month contractual position with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment.Responsibilities:
– Support the promoter in designing, formalizing, and synthesizing the 5-year strategic vision for our products and transformation, ensuring a high value flow and maximum consistency in execution.
– Develop and sustain the strategic roadmap.
– Provide recommendations and advise decision-making committees on the evolution of the product range. Participate in numerous alignments and interact with many stakeholders from various fields of expertise.
– Facilitate knowledge transfer and clearly communicate the vision to the product management team to enable the creation of solutions aligned with this strategic vision that meet the needs of employees, members, and clients.
– Act as a coach for the team, helping them enhance their understanding of the target, make informed decisions, develop product strategy and prioritization, and effectively communicate with teams.
– Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure product development aligns with overall business objectives. Maintain open communication channels to address questions and improve understanding of strategic orientations and products.
– Help the product management team refine product requirements, ensuring delivered products meet objectives, industry quality standards, security and privacy norms, regulations, and member/client expectations.
– Contribute to or review the product roadmap implementation.
– Assist in prioritizing the product backlog based on strategic orientations, domain expertise, market trends, and member/client feedback.What you bring to the role:
– Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Expertise in business strategy.
– Experience in business architecture and/or cross-functional project management requiring multiple alignments.
– Experience in agile transformation.
– Experience in organizational, process, or tool transformation (an asset).
– Proven leadership in major transformation projects with successful outcomes.
– Strong political acumen and interpersonal skills.
– Must speak French fluently
