Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our team manufacturing electronic devices. The ideal candidate will work on a fast-paced production line and in a cleanroom environment, contributing to the assembly and packaging of high-quality electronic products.

Shift

• Mon-Fri 7am-3:30PM

• Mon – Fri 3.30pm – 12:00am

Pay

• $19.71/hr (AM shift)

• $21.71/ hr (PM Shift)

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to complete production orders on a fast-paced assembly line.

• Operate at 13 different stations, with full training provided over 2-3 months.

• Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.

• Collaborate with team members and work independently as required.

• Maintain steady workflow to prevent bottlenecks on the production line.

• Occasionally work in the cleanroom, standing for the entire shift to label products, seal packaging pouches, and perform other tasks.

• Wear provided heavy jackets when working in the cleanroom.

Essential Skills

• Valid visa for at least 2 years from the date of hire.

• 1 year of recent experience in a similar environment performing similar tasks.

• Proficient in using small basic hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.

• Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.

• Capability to stand for the entire shift.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (not repetitively).

• Basic computer skills.

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PCB assembly experience in a highly regulated environment.

• Ability to read instructions for soldering, match up numbers to wires, and solder.

• Good attitude and ability to learn quickly.

• High attention to detail.

Our facility provides a clean and diverse work environment. We take pride in building high-quality products and have a hardworking, focused team that embraces all backgrounds. The dress code is casual, but cosmetics, jewelry, and certain grooming products are not permitted in the cleanroom. The team size is approximately 60 people on the production floor.
