As a Production Supervisor you will have responsibility for managing the daily operations of the production team, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. They collaborate with departments like quality control, maintenance, and logistics to maintain efficient operations and deliver high-quality products.Candidate Requirements:

• Circa 5+ years in a production supervisory role – ideally within Aerospace/Airlines/Defence/Automotive
• Must come from a background in Production/Manufacturing within Lean Manufacturing methodology
• Strong organisational and leadership with excellent communication
• Performance-driven, and a collaborative team player
• Background working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environments

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee work, and materials to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with procedures and standards.
• Manage departmental targets for safety, quality, productivity, cost, and waste while maintaining accurate process documentation.
• Lead and guide up to 100 employees, ensuring accountability and adherence to policies, values, and codes of conduct.
• Provide training, leadership, and support for troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address equipment failures, quality concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
