About the Job

The Professional Recruiter develops new client relationships through sales calls, presentations, and networking. You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of professional candidates in the Accounting and Engineering industries and match them with reputable companies across Burlington, Oakville and the GTA. Our team operates with clear goals, accountability, and opportunities for growth.

Monday-Friday 8AM-5:00PM (1 hour lunch)

Location: Burlington, ON (In-Office)

Roles you may fill:

• Accountant
• Controller
• Business Analyst
• Engineer
• Process Engineer
• Manufacturing Engineer

What You’ll Do

1. Business Development & Sales – Build and maintain account list through sales activities

2. Job Order Qualification- Understand job duties, skills required and environment

3. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development- Recruiting and sourcing daily to fill pipeline

4. Candidate Qualification & Interviewing – Interview, reference check and match to openings

5. Relationship Building – Use consultative approach to build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
