Our team is responsible for supporting and enabling the Quickbooks Canada sales organization with delightful user experiences while achieving business targets. Requirements of the role:

Come in 2x per week to our Toronto office

Project management certified: PMP, CAPM, Agile
How you will lead
-
Contribute to the development and implementation of a structured project management framework for the Professional Services team.

Assist in gathering functional requirements and developing technical specifications for various projects.

Participate in customer-facing meetings to gather feedback and insights that inform service improvements.

Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.

Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks

Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time
-
Monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
-
Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
