Join our Team as a Full-Time Program Manager at Axis Family Resources Ltd. in Port Alberni, BC!Position: Full-Time Program ManagerLocation: Port Alberni, BCHours: 40 hours/week, including participation in on-call rotationSalary: $75,000 per yearSummary:We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Program Manager to lead our Specialized Supportive Housing and Community Living Services programs. This is the opportunity to meaningfully impact the lives of our Persons Served while driving excellence in program operations and service delivery.In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure successful staffing and supports to our Persons Served. You will empower teams with trauma-informed leadership while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - A diploma in Community Services, Human Services, or other related discipline
- At least 2 years’ related work experience; Direct program delivery experience in the community social services sector with a demonstrated working knowledge of community-based programs and related provincial and community support is preferred
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
- Valid BC driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and safe driving record
