Program Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

· Manage holistic program progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies

 · Lead development and execution of program management documentation

 · Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders / partnerships to determine value and set strategic initiatives

 · Conduct knowledge transfer activities

 · Cross-Group budget coordination, identifying the connections across programs, project and synonymous work requests.

 · Responsible for managing holistic budget & reporting for program

 · Actively participating in Program Management Community of Practice

 · Creating and managing program roadmap and evaluating against other programs within this group

 · Utilizing development team to manage overall execution within program

 · Partnering with technology and business partners to align on program deliverables

Providing support and guidance for project managers within the program, including 1:1s with PMs

Skills and Requirements

· 5+ years of Program Management experience

 · Experienced managing multiple initiatives/products at the same time

 · Experienced w/ large enterprise wide programs

Well versed in managing program progress, budgets, milestones, communications, risks, issues and dependencies · Experienced working in both a waterfall and agile environment

 · HRIS experience is heavily favoured w/ Workday, Docebo, Avature, Dayforce preferred.
