The ideal candidate would be based out of Vaughan. This role involves leading project development activities, from conceptual technical solutions and business cases to construction-ready engineered solutions, with a strong focus on leadership, financial management, and strategic planning.As the Project Development Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality standards, adhere to budgetary constraints, and are completed on time. Your experience in creating ROI models, managing internal financials, and leading small teams will be critical in driving project success.Key Responsibilities:
