Job description

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing high value ICI construction projects throughout Ontario.

• Manage project lifecycle from pre-construction through to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Utilize Procore, Microsoft Project, and Primavera to manage schedules and documentation.
• Lead team meetings, provide project updates, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
• Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates while ensuring timely progress reporting.
• Perform other duties as required to support successful project execution.

• A university degree in Engineering or Architecture from a local University or College
• 3-5 years experience in project management in the ICI construction industry preferred
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Identify and manage risks
• Well organized and able to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (such as MS Office 365, Projects, Planswift, AutoCAD, Etc.)
• Valid Ontario Driver’s license with clean abstract
