Looking for your next opportunity? Our Client is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Montreal! If you are looking for a new challenge, professional growth and fulfill the following qualifications, this is a role for you!RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to successfully migrate applications to cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with relevant business areas, including enterprise architecture, to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure the change management of solutions, set up and operationalize migration factories.
• Monitor the different IT sectors of the organization.
• Carry out the required reporting, including budget monitoring and phase changeover.
• Track staffing needs for the different teams under your responsibility.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including technical resources.
• Integrate security elements into all operations and decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a results-oriented approach, be pragmatic, with proven expertise in migrating applications to cloud solutions.
• Have more than 10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects, in a structured environment and according to a recognized methodology.
• Experience in cloud migration projects (Azure Cloud or AWS).
• Have the ability to think outside the box and operationalize immediate and lasting improvements.
• Have a mastery of governance mechanisms and metrics adapted to the management of complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to popularize information according to the various stakeholders.
• Have the ability to train and lead effective delivery teams.
• Fluency in spoken and written bilingualism, in French and English (essential).

Assets:

• Have banking experience.
• Experience managing external vendors
