Position Summary:
Oversee all aspects of construction and preconstruction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with the Site Superintendent and project team to develop and maintain project scope, budget, schedules, and plans
Build strong client relationships with exceptional service
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
Act as a community advocate to ensure positive project impact
Required Qualifications:
Degree/diploma/certification in Engineering, Construction Management, Carpentry or equivalent experience
4+ years of project management experience in commercial, agriculture or industrial construction
Current class 5 driverâs license with a clean abstract
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, specifications, budgets, and schedules
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams from initiation to completion
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to manage stakeholder relationships and address challenges effectively
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building positive community relationships
Bonus Points For:
Sage 300 experience
Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, PMP, CET or P.Eng.
Preference will be given to candidates with roots in Lethbridge, AB
