Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Multi-Storey Long-Term Care BuildLocation: Lancaster, ONCompensation: $90,000 – $120,000 (Depending on experience and negotiable based on qualifications and market conditions)Job Description:We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing multi-storey new builds. The successful candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle of a multi-storey long-term care facility, from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience managing large teams, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-storey long-term care project.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and coordination of all project activities.
• Ensure that all aspects of the project comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.
• Regularly report progress to stakeholders and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager managing multi-storey new builds, preferably in the healthcare or residential construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and resources effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Compensation is negotiable based on the current market and candidate profile.
