We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team—someone who can lead high-impact, customer-facing projects and drive excellence in delivery across the organization.As a Project Manager, you’ll own the planning, coordination, and execution of complex software delivery projects. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, support, and customer teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and satisfaction. You’ll also influence delivery best practices and help shape the future of how we scale and operate.What You’ll Do

• Lead complex software delivery projects from kickoff through deployment
• Develop and manage project plans, risks, budgets, and deliverables
• Represent the project delivery function in leadership planning and customer engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders
• Mentor mid-level project managers and support team development
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, QA, product, and support teams
• Drive process improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry requirements
• Oversee testing, training, implementation, and post-deployment activities
• Define, estimate, and assess new projects and proposals

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software delivery
• Proven ability to manage large-scale or mission-critical software initiatives
• An aptitude for process improvement and change management
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Microsoft Planner, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Experience engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach project teams
• Background in regulated industries (e.g., defense, aerospace) is a strong asset
• PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are preferred
