Project Manager Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans and budgets
- Coordinate with all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Resolve project issues and conflicts
- Manage the budget and ensure that costs are within budget
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders about the status of the project
- Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to quality and safety
