Project Manager Job DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans and budgets
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts
  • Manage the budget and ensure that costs are within budget
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders about the status of the project
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to quality and safety
