Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.Our People Consultantsempower our clients to envision and achieve transformative success by mastering and sustaining innovative changes in people, processes, and technology.We empower our clients HR functions to unlock greater organizational value through innovative talent strategies, streamlined operations, and cutting-edge HCM technology modernization initiatives.The opportunityWe are seeking a proactive and strategic Project Manager to support the successful implementation of HCM or ERP systems across departments.This role is critical in ensuring that business units are prepared for upcoming changes, processes are aligned, and stakeholders are engaged throughout the transformation journey.Your key responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between project teams and departmental stakeholders to assess readiness for HCM/ERP system implementation.
  • Conduct impact assessments, gap analyses, and readiness evaluations across business units.
  • Develop and execute departmental readiness plans, including communication, training, and change management strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Support user adoption by identifying training needs and coordinating delivery of learning materials.
  • Monitor and report on readiness metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, change leads, and functional consultants to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP or HCM system implementations (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft).
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management and business process transformation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and ability to travel
