- Improve access to care by replacing faxes, displaying wait times, and reducing the time to process and access specialist referrals.
Who we needReporting to the Vice President of Product and Interoperability, we are looking for a Project Manager, HealthTech to join our team. You will be responsible for facilitating the successful delivery of medium- to large-scale technical projects to external clients. You will go beyond the planning and management of the projects to understand their purpose, business needs, and impact. You will thrive in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and represent the project team in internal and external meetings.This hybrid role requires work in-office 2-3 days per week.Who you areYou are a Senior Business Analyst or a Project Manager with a background in system implementations and interoperability projects for hospitals and mid to large scale clinics. - Lead. You will manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and budget. You will identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle. You will communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives, including product managers, developers, designers, and client success. You will guide the work of the project team to ensure deliverables are met on time, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Track. You will develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones and track progress against these plans. You will maintain all project documentation, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
What you bring:

- The project management experience. You have proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, leading complex solution implementations in hospitals and large scale medical clinics. You have worked on interoperability projects or projects involving multiple vendor implementations, requiring a balance of timing and resources. You are a highly effective leader who can assign and manage resources and deliverables, mitigate scope creep and risk, and meet client commitments on time and budget. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- The analytical approach. You are naturally curious, highly logical and can plan projects and schedules. You are a critical thinker who can adapt to shifting timelines and creatively solve problems. You are inspired by a dynamic environment and can rise to the challenge of competing priorities.
- The technical skills. You have experience following different software project methodologies, i.e., Agile, Scrum). You are proficient with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- The interpersonal skills. You know how to ask probing questions to elicit your clients’ needs and convey complex ideas in an easily understood manner. You have exceptional collaboration skills and can engage and influence clients and team members, building trusting relationships.
