Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of Canada’s largest retail and wellness companies. This individual will be joining the Retail Tech Hardware team. Retail Tech Hardware (RTH) team is responsible for store and guest facing technology and will be working closely

with cross-functional teams and vendors in support delivering of end-to-end projects, while also considering the full life cycle of hardware technology. The Project Manager will be working collaboratively to support business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure hardware project planning and delivery are executed with best-in-class experience, on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have technology hardware delivery experience with strong skills in developing,

maintaining, and overseeing project artifacts.

Objectives of this role:

Lead hardware projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules,

scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Examples of projects include:

• RFID reader, laptop, desktop, office printer, large format LED screens

• Compliance reporting

• Process improvement in partnership with Engineering & Infrastructure teams

• Supporting app development team with hardware delivery components of their portfolios.

• Support with Technology, Program and Product leaders with the hardware lifecycle planning and 5-year strategy on hardware investments

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience Planning, organizing, and directing the completion of hardware rollout projects

• Has experience establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks

• Knowledge of working with Vendor SOWs, RFPs, and contracts

• PMP certification and/or formal knowledge of project management principles, processes, and

tools – Knowledge of Coupa (or equivalent AP automation software) null
