Position: Permanent
Location: Toronto (hybrid – 2 days per week).We are hiring for an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure for our client in the gaming and entertainment sector.Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Lead project teams across engineering, operations, and vendor partners.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Coordinate procurement and vendor management, including RFPs, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian regulatory and industry standards (e.g., CSA, ISO, ITIL, Health & Safety).
  • Facilitate change management, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Manage infrastructure upgrades, relocations, cloud transitions, network expansions, or construction efforts, depending on project scope.

Must Haves:

  • 7+ years of proven project management experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering IT infrastructure (e.g., networking, server/storage, cloud), construction, or utilities infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian regulatory and environmental standards related to infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA, Asana).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with contract management and procurement processes.
  • PMP certification – a must have.
  • PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum certifications – nice to have.
