We draw on our extensive global and industry experience to manage risk while maximizing value and performance during the construction and operation of our clients’ assets.Who are you?You are an experienced client-side Project Manager with at least 3 – 7 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environmentJob DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be involved in:Managing tasks throughout the design, procurement , permitting and construction process.Ensuring project compliance with client’s document controls and specificationsRegular collaboration and coordination with project team and external stakeholdersLeading change order managementProblem solving and driving solutionsLeading procurement of consultants and contractors to award.RFI management and tracking.Chairing and coordinating meetings; issuance of minutes and driving respective actionsManaging and monitoring project scheduleManaging and reporting of the project budgetPreparing and issuing client progress reportsPunch-list managementAdministering project closeout and associated turnover documentationConducting lessons learned workshopsTransition of close-out documentation to operationsClient Relationship ManagementWorks in partnership with clients to build trusted relationshipsBalances the needs of different clientsUnderstands and shares the client’s strategy and goalsContributes to development and closure of new business opportunitiesTeam Work:Oversees the activities of project teamAbility to effectively collaborate with others – team approachProvides guidance, support, coaching and motivation to project teamLeads by exampleDelivers an exciting team vision, which inspires others to perform beyond their initial aspirationsQualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in assisting or supervising construction projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a similar field
• PMP is an asset
• Experience as Owners representative is an asset
• Ground up construction experience as well as TI experience
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Project or P6.
• Good with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms.
• Great communication skills

Additional InformationThe base salary range for this full-time role is $70,000 – $100,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
