Pay Band: $103,177 to $128,969 per annumWork Mode: In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.Location: 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton, ONHours of work: 35 hours per weekWho we are:Our team plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the region’s road network to ensure safe and efficient travel for residents, businesses, and visitors. Responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining regional roads, the team focuses on improving traffic flow, road safety, and sustainable transportation options. We also manage traffic signals, road maintenance, and active transportation initiatives, supporting Peel’s commitment to a connected and accessible community. Through innovation and collaboration, the Transportation team helps shape the future of mobility in the region.The role:In this dynamic role, you will represent regional interests in provincial and local agency transportation projects while managing environmental assessments, feasibility studies, and various transportation projects. This position allows you to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, utilizing your strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and drive projects forward. As a key member of our transportation team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the region’s road network development, ensuring that growth and infrastructure improvements align with community needs and environmental requirements.What you’ll do:
