We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator for our well-known client in Moncton to manage day-to-day property operations, handle tenant interactions, and ensure high standards of property management.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of property management practices to our team.Location: Moncton

– Manage tenant communications, including handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
– Oversee repairs and maintenance, and manage contractors.
– Handle rent collection, budget management, and financial records.
– Address tenant issues, manage leases, and handle evictions.
– Attract tenants with marketing and ensure smooth daily operations.
– Maintain property management software and update tenant and property records.Qualifications
– Previous experience in property management or real estate administration.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
– Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Knowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and legal regulations in real estate.
– Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.Summary
