We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our digital platforms through robust automated testing.Job DescriptionAs a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to enhance our test automation framework and drive continuous improvements in software quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress or Playwright.Implement and execute automated test cases for web and mobile applications.Develop test plans, test cases, and test data for automation coverage.Work closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring their resolution in a timely manner.Conduct performance and regression testing to validate application stability and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test strategies and automation best practices.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation frameworks and tools.Requirements3+ years of experience in QA automation with expertise in Cypress or Playwright.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Experience in waste management, logistics, or environmental technology domains.Exposure to mobile automation frameworks (e.g., Appium).
