We’re looking for a QA Lead to join our team, ensuring our flagship math MMO game meets the highest quality standards. Engaging 7 million students every month, our game transforms learning into an immersive experience where students embark on quests, level up, and explore over 1500 math topics.

As QA Lead, you will drive quality initiatives, oversee testing strategies, and mentor a team of QA analysts. Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on testing, you will enhance verification, validation, and process optimization while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly impact the player experience, ensuring our game remains polished, engaging, and technically sound.

Your Impact

• Quality Leadership: Define and uphold QA standards while actively participating in ensuring thorough testing coverage across all development stages.
• Mentorship & Craft Development: Guide and mentor QA Analysts by working with them in both manual and automated testing, debugging, and the development of best practices.
• Automation & Process Optimization: Oversee automation repository management, contribute to and refine automation testing and automation testing processes, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Continuous Testing & Risk Management: Identify risks, refine testing methodologies, and build adaptable frameworks aligned with evolving game requirements.
• Strategic Planning & QA Initiatives: Balance high-level planning with ground-level execution, integrating quality initiatives and customer feedback into planning, and leveraging data insights to enhance testing processes.
• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary QA contact for developers, product owners, and customer support, ensuring clear and effective communication.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including leadership experience in game development.
• Strong background in both manual and automation testing, with experience designing and implementing test strategies.
• Proficiency in QA tools and frameworks, including automation solutions (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) and CI/CD integrations.
• Ability to analyze complex testing challenges and drive continuous process improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring QA teams.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with development and business goals.

Bonus Points

• Experience working on live service games.
• Expertise in test data management, environment configurations, and risk assessment.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of free-to-play (F2P) and MMO mechanics.
