As a QA Software Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our quality initiatives, mentoring the QA team, and collaborating closely with development, product management, and DevOps.Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
  • Enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand requirements and identify potential risks
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Oversee the execution of integration and regression testing
  • Utilize test automation tools and frameworks to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Follow current defect tracking and management processes
  • Work closely with development teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to software quality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the QA team

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and QA best practices
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring QA teams
  • Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Zephyr Scale, Python)
  • Experience with API testing
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
