This work consists of analyzing the anonymized responses of stakeholders (students, alumni, professors, and support staff) collected via a SWOT (Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats) questionnaire. Supervision will be provided by the Lead Analyst, Curriculum and Learning Outcomes.Main tasks:

• Classifying the collected SWOT responses (French and English) into pre-defined themes.
• Analyzing the solutions expressed by respondents and offering insights based on these opinions.
• Submitting a final report (template will be provided),
• Attending a 1h training session and regular check-ins offered by the Lead Analyst.
