THE TEAMThe mission of the Real Estate Development Programming Department is to represent the Business Owner to ensure the spaces we design & build will meet their functional requirements.THE OPPORTUNITYAritzia is growing and our Programming Team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for gathering the functional requirements for our physical spaces on behalf of the Business Owner, delivering the successful completion of high-quality project deliverables, on time, and with accurate programming. As the Sr. Manager, Programming, Real Estate Development, you will collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Design, Architecture, Construction, and the Project Management Office to identify, translate, communicate, and validate programming excellence throughout the development of each project. THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 CAD per year.
