  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms to enhance the company’s online presence and engage with potential clients
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with followers on social media, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary documentation to support the sales process

Qualifications:

  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
  • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Tech-savvy
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Candidates must reside in or be within commuting distance of Wellington ON, CA to be considered for this in-office position
