We’re looking for an onsite Receptionist to work at a professional services firm in Downtown Edmonton, Alberta. This is a 6- 8 week contract opportunity that starts right away.Our client is a growing business dedicated to helping its clients achieve their full potential. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company and play a key role in keeping daily office operations running efficiently.Receptionist responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls.
  • Manage all inbound phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations including booking conference rooms, coordinating lunch orders, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies and order new inventory when necessary.
  • Process inbound and outbound mail and packages.

The successful candidate has:

  • 1-3 years of customer service or office professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

  • The discussed pay range is 20-25/hr based on experience experience
