Job Description Summary
Work collaboratively with the Career Services & Professional Development director and staff to deliver career development coaching services and programs strategically devised for students of the Miami University Regionals campuses. Conduct career coaching appointments to assist students with career exploration and choosing a major or career path; plan/implement career development programs (e.g, Career Communities, Meet the Majors); provide in-class presentations; and prepare students for successful job search readiness prior to graduation. Serve as a liaison to faculty and staff regarding career development programming and events; assist with planning, and/or implementation of career development events (e.g., career fairs, majors expo, career communities, and etiquette dinners). Enhance individualized career development for all students on the Miami Regionals campuses; prepare students for successful job searches that align with their career goals. Position reports to the Regional Director of Career Services & Work-Based Learning.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications:
Consideration may be given to candidates with a knowledge of career development theories and assessment interpretation, along with job search readiness preparation and strategies related to a variety of career fields; effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, and teaching abilities; experience with project and program management; experience with staff supervision; experience with website and social media content development.
